Handling Cancel Request

A case_cancel request (CR) is only expected to be issued in the event of an actual error at the port. In such cases, an incident is typically identified by the operator, who can then decide whether to resume the operation or request cancellation if the case cannot be processed (e.g., damaged or blocked).

The CR flow therefore assumes that a bin is already present and opened at the port, allowing a proper cancel and close operation. If no bin has been delivered or opened, a Cancel Request should not be sent. Instead, the system should proceed by issuing a new open bin request to continue the operation.
