New endpoints to support AutoCase™

Insertbin

The insertbin method support for case handling bins.

Content codes

Support content codes and categories up to 10M.

getportstatus

The getportstatus method now returns an is_empty and port_type parameter.

Fixed a bug where flushportbin, flushport and showpicktolight always respond with an error code 9999, indicating a DRIVER_TIMEOUT.
Validate bin IDs according to offsets in appendportqueue and setportqueue.
